Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When you visit it, the server processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser. This is necessary to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact and quote form

We process the details you enter to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). They are stored in our website database and sent by email to our staff and to the agency that maintains the website. We delete them when they are no longer needed, unless retention periods apply.

We send the newsletter only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). After you register, you receive an email with a confirmation link (double opt-in). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@tekin-online.com.

Google Analytics

If you click “Accept”, we use Google Analytics, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to measure visits (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Google may process data in the USA; the transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you decline, Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Your cookie choice

Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the name jack_onay. This is required to respect it (§ 25(2) TDDDG). The website itself sets no cookies for visitors.

Google Maps

Maps on the contact page are only loaded when you click “Load map”. Your IP address is then transferred to Google (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
